DEADLINE: Applications must be postmarked no later than April 30, 2008
JURYING PROCESS: Invitation only (you may recommend artists
you know and have worked with)

ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between Historic Downtown Business Association and the exhibitor below for the use of space during MAYFAIR 2008 in the Historic Downtown Brunswick, Georgia:

1. Exhibitor must supply all display props - including tent, chairs, tables, etc. and all tools necessary

to prepare booths for display.

2. Exhibitor must represent his own display. All booths must have exhibitor's name displayed.

3. Exhibits must be open for business 10 am to 7 pm (DO NOT LEAVE EARLY)
4. Exhibitor agrees to accept full responsibility for the care and protection of his/her exhibit.
5. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to have all liability insurance needed.
(The Historic Brunswick Business Association accepts no liability in relation to the exhibits.)
6. Only items approved by the Historic Brunswick Business Association Show Coordinator may be sold.
7. Space size will be approximately 12' x 12'. Cost is $75.00 per space.
8. All items displayed must be original work. No mass production displays, no kits, supplies, or imports.

No retail or commercial items accepted. No flea market items.
If the Show coordinator determines you are selling manufactured merchandise, you will be asked
to leave the show. Your entry fee will not be refunded.
